So, I'm going to be in print!!

Just a really quick post with some very exciting news..........


Remember last spring I was working away on a secret project? Well, you probably don't, but I was! And finally now I can let the cat out of the bag. I am really really proud to be contributing a pattern to a new quilt book - Modern Baby: Easy, Fresh and Fun Quilt Designs - which is scheduled for publication in April! Even more exciting, its now available for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and ShopMartingale.

There are some fab quilts in this book contributed by really talented quilters - you can see the full gallery on the Martingale site - here. This is my one, the Modern Shapes Sampler, inspired by the ever popular shape sorter toys that babies love:



I am really proud to finally be able to show you it! I had fun with the pattern and it would work in girls or boys colours, or a gender neutral version. It would also work really well in a wonky version. Watch out for more news about this in the coming months!
